Individuals
For best results, search by last name first. You may add a comma and first name to narrow the results.
Example: Doe, John
Note: Individual records may not be visible to all users.
Agencies
Use the most distinctive word in the agency name.
Example: Maricopa
Adding more words will narrow the results.
Customer Number
Enter numbers only. Using more digits will return more precise results.
Tips
Special characters are not required. For example, to find Smith & Wesson, simply type wesson.
Using more specific keywords will generally return more accurate results.
Minor spelling variations may still return close matches; however, results may occasionally be less precise.
